A former mansion, transformed into a hotel & restaurant in 1949 by Henri Maupas, who established an excellent reputation throughout SW France for this fine home of food and rest on the N21 trunk road. In 1974, my award-winning father took up the 4 musketeers' challenge to spread the word about Gascon cooking throughout Europe. As the third generation owner I wish to breathe new life into the hotel but without betraying its roots. The reputation of our restaurant will continue to be upheld and all members of my team will do everything within their power to ensure that your stopover or stay in Astarac country is a pleasurable one.
